Data Associate / Specialist

What you'll do.

We're looking for a talented and ambitious data associate to join our product data team. In this role you'll:

• Accurately input, verify, and maintain crop input data from multiple sources.
• Analyze product documents and labels to identify patterns, variations, and data-quality issues.
• Work closely with the product data and technical team to maintain high standards of data integrity — including data produced by AI models.
• Regularly audit data to surface errors and suggest corrective actions.
• Help build a team culture that rewards curiosity and careful work.

You'll thrive here if you have.

• 3+ years of education or experience in an agriculture-adjacent field.
• A working understanding of crop inputs, with emphasis on pesticide labels.
• Strong skills in data collection, conversion, integrity, quality control, and communication.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while holding accuracy and consistency as non-negotiables.
• In-field or regulatory environment experience is a plus, though not required.
