Regulatory Consultant / Sr. Regulatory Consultant

What you'll do.

• Own a portfolio of customer regulatory work — registrations, renewals, tonnage reporting, and everything in between.
• Become the trusted advisor your customers call when they have a hard question or a fast timeline.
• Work closely with product and engineering to turn your tacit expertise into durable software.
• Manage federal and state submissions across EPA, USDA, FDA, and state agencies.
• Help scale the services practice — templates, playbooks, and the systems that make the next hire productive on day one.

You'll thrive here if you have.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ag input, pesticide, fertilizer, biological, or adjacent regulatory work.
• Fluency with federal and state registration, licensing, and reporting processes.
• Strong client presence — clear writing, calm in a fire, and a high bar for follow-through.
• Comfort with modern tools — you'd rather build a reusable process than repeat the same work twice.
• Opinions about how regulatory work should be done, and the patience to build them into software.

$110,000 – $170,000 (Consultant → Sr. Consultant)
